1. Turn it inside out (the reverse side of fabric facing out)
2. Place one end of the gaiter over your head and pull it halfway down your head
3. Grab the top half above your hair and twist 1-2 times
4. Pull the open end down over the top to hide the seams
5. Optionally pull your ponytail out from the top opening
