Shipping Policy

We ship products around the world.

All orders ship via USPS or UPS from Ohio.  Orders generally ship out within 48 hours, often within 24 hours or less for in stock items.

Please check the shipping address you added when you placed the order.  Make sure the address is complete and accurate.  Packages returned for insufficient or incorrect address will need to pay an additional shipping charge to ship again.

PLEASE NOTE: USPS is experiencing slow delivery times.  You will receive a USPS Tracking number with your shipment confirmation.  Please use this number to track your order as it makes its way to you.  We cannot guarantee delivery by a selected date.

• USA shipping is free on orders over $75.00 via USPS or UPS.
• Orders weighing over 1 pound will ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS.
• Orders between .6-.95 pound will ship for a flat rate of $6.00 via USPS.
• Orders under .5 pound will ship for a flat rate of $5.00 via USPS.
